Upon signing up for a free trial, we will not require your payment information to access your 1-month free trial, and you will not incur a charge during your free trial. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to choose their product of choice before the end of the 1-month free trial period and add their payment information to maintain access to The-European-Investor.com

 

Subscription billing

• The-European-Investor.com utilizes recurring billing to process subscriber payments. Subscriber accounts are automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date. 

• Discounts, rebates or other special offers, if available, only valid for initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates, unless otherwise specified. 

• The-European-Investor.com may terminate the subscription and these terms, if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate information, outdated payment information. 

• Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment 

•  If a  charge is denied, declined or otherwise not approved by the payment provider, or otherwise not made to The-European-Investor.com on your recurring charge date, you agree that we may charge you at a later date to bring your account current. There will be no penalty or interest added to late payments. 

 

Cancellation:

• Subscriptions and/or partial subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty, by providing a minimum of a 5-day notice prior to your next recurring charge date.  For example, if your monthly recurring charge date is the 10th of the month, you must provide notification of cancellation no later than the 5th, (5 days prior). If you do not notify us within the required time frame, your credit card may be charged. The charge is non-refundable.

• Provide notification of your cancellation by emailing us with your full name, address, and email adress. Please type 'Cancellation' in the subject line. 

• Annual and quarterly subscriptions are paid in advance and receive steep discounts. These subscriptions are not refundable.
